Festival of trees will be held on  Saturday November 22,2008.

CJNS, 30 years in the community, will be holding a radio-a thon on April 17, 2008  from 9a.m. - 5p.m. CJNS will be on location at the Meadow Lake Hospital with Harry Michael Dekker. Proceeds will go to the Meadow Lake Hospital Foundation. Phone lines will be setup. Come down and celebrate 30 years CJNS in the community.

Funds are raised by the MLHF in various ways.  At this time the two major fundraisers are the Meadow Lake Hospital Foundation/Happy Carlson Golf Tournament held on the last Friday of August and the Festival of Trees held on the last Saturday of November.

Substantial funding to the Meadow Lake Hospital Foundation includes donations, bequests and future financial commitments by patients, families, service clubs, businesses, and other supporters.

The Meadow Lake Hospital Foundation received a boost from Marsollier Petroleum over the 2007 holiday season. A total of $10,979.06 was donated by the local business, owned and operated by John Marsollier (second from right). This is the third year in a row that he has been able to donate to the foundation for their continual fundraising endeavours.
